MUST Users Meeting on November 13, 2025

The MUST technical team is pleased to offer this meeting to all users of the platform, as well as to everyone using the interactive machines lappui, lapthui, and lappusmb.
The meeting is also open to anyone with computing or storage needs, even if they are not (yet) using the CNRS/USMB MUST computing and storage mesocenter.

As an introduction to this meeting, we will recall the characteristics of the MUST digital platform and briefly mention its essential components, namely:
- the computing farm and the task management service or jobs (HTCondor)
- data storage in MUSTFS spaces based on Ceph
- the GPU park The new features of the HTCondor service and the importance of development environment management, as well as the possibilities offered by containerization technologies, will also be presented. We will also focus on two new developments:
- the VRE (Virtual Research Environment) platform, which offers a new research environment for the end user, whose entry point is a JupyterHub instance,
- and Qanat, a tool for managing your computing projects developed and used by LISTIC.
